Our rates

Knowing an agency’s hourly rates is important. So we put them online.

A fox holds a window

Transparency in billing

One of the important ways that we prove our commitment to transparency is by publishing our rates online.

As it turns out, this is an unusual thing for an agency to do. But why? Shouldn’t you know an agency’s standard rates to help inform whether or not to work with them? Aren’t payment terms as much a part of the overall value proposition as descriptions of capabilities and values populating the pages of most agency websites?

It seems to us that billing details are a key part of a business relationship, so below you can get a sense of what those will look like when you work with Harmonic Northwest.

We break down our rates based on developer type and experience.

When you receive an invoice from Harmonic Northwest, you will see hours broken down by the individual who did work on your project. We generally bill by the hour, but can also work on fixed bid if preferred.
