Fort George Brewery
A highly stylized CMS-driven website and elegant online store for an innovative brewery in Astoria, Oregon.
Fort George Brewery wanted a website that was as innovative, tasty and memorable as its beers. So they tapped Plazm Design to develop an iconic style and to formulate the site’s information architecture and Harmonic Northwest to turn the recipe into a finished product. And the results were delicious.
The site does a fantastic job of showcasing its many and varied beers ranging from seasonal to always-available, lagers to stouts, 12 ounce cans to 750 milliliter bottles, bitter to breezy. Additionally, the site features an online Beer Finder that uses data from the brewery’s distributor, lists upcoming events, houses insightful blog posts, lists information about its tasting rooms, compiles crowd-sourced photos from social media and provides easily accessible links to its online stores.
The site is fully responsive and features plenty of search engine optimization. Statistics are provided by Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
